SWARM MMO

Clans

Start a clan from the clan panel, or accept an invite from another player. Founding or joining a clan needs a verified email; a guest account cannot. Clan members count as allies, so swarms sent to their planets reinforce them rather than attack. The clan leader handles invites and can kick members.

You can hand any planet, sun, black hole or base you own to a clanmate. It changes hands at once and keeps its probes and level; any automation on it is cleared, and only they can give it back. Meteorites cannot be given away.

Collapsing a galaxy's black hole requires holding every sun in it, and suns held by your clanmates count toward that. A clan takes a galaxy much faster than a solo player, and a contested galaxy is hard to take any other way.

The prestige level a collapse grants goes to every member who holds a sun in that galaxy, and to the member who owned the black hole. A member who holds nothing there gains nothing, so it is worth each member taking a sun of their own rather than letting one of them hold all of them.
